@danaNie You should seek out advice from a nutritionist. The amount of calories needed per day varies from person to person, depends on factors such as age , gender, body weight/height, activities, physical condition etc. It’s important to understand how “what you eat” and “what you do” affects your body.
Losing a bet...

@Rikke-b generally you don't need to honor a bet, or make it in the first place, if it's too far hahha
-
Yeah I think so to
-
@Rikke-b Should never bet more than you're willing to lose.

Couldn't agree more, these are wise words.
You don't want to become known as a woman whose word is not her bond, and yet you have erred in judgement and found yourself in this dubious situation. You need to ask yourself what is worth more to you personally.
Perhaps, without knowing more details, the bet did not specify clearly the penalty for losing or left it open to be decided after the fact; if this has put you in a position where you are blatantly being taken advantage of or endangered then I'd suggest whomever you wagered with is dishonourable and you perhaps owe them nothing. Either way and whatever you decide to do about it, you have a lesson to learn here. How you own it is up to you.

@AllAboutGay why 😅?

-
