I think the one who has the job and earning should pay
if both do earn decently the one who wants to pay should pay
i say in the beginning you should pay for ur own food and as you guys get closer..depending upon the ego clashes and pocket drain and all that.let the one who can pay .. pay.
there is no shame in telling that hey u pay this time I'm a bit tight on money for the time being ..or hey wanna pay??or hey shall i??

But it seems most of the time boys are the one who pays..... πŸ€”πŸ€”

@ragnar-lothbrok my bf makes a long face if i pay. and we end up fighting...so these days i don't care..i have told him to ask me money if he falls short...

Its Good when both pays, when i go on date i always pay but, when i fall short then i dont hestiate to tell her so that she can pay.

Well, I think the one who would like to pay should pay.
At my first date - with my recent boyfriend - I saw at his face that he would like to pay, for reasons that felt good for him.

Nowadays sometimes it's my turn to pay, other times it's his turn again. Actually it is just something we could discuss, and just talk about it. Very easy.

    Your english is perfect tho.

There are situational reasons for both, if you feel strongly one way, warn of this before you even go on the date. But in general, I don't trust people who try to buy me

  • @ragnar-lothbrok Oh thanks ^^

  • @ragnar-lothbrok lol i used to care a lot about these things..everytime he gives me gifst i used find out its price and buy a gift of the same price and give it to him..or everytime we go out and if doesn't allow him to pay ..i used to see to that i make it up to him somehow ...that all changed over the years..as you are more into the relationship you tend to give less importance to things like this..and its kind of offensive to your partner if you try to play the equal game..

so i would say depending upon your partner and how he or she likes it..without offending them you can do the needful.

p.s.on the first few dates both need to pay..whatever i said is about long term

  • @bushmurry yeah never trust those who flatter you and try to buy you stuffs unless they are people who already own ur heart.
