Meditation, especially Mindfulness meditation is a good start... it helps you get in control of yout thought. certainly helped me out a lot last year. Then, an honest and deep introspection might help you out a lot as well, think about things about you you've been neglecting or straight up repressing for a while now. this might have some side effects but it is good on the long term.
A real soulmate is that person who sings and rejoices with you through your good days and stands by your side through the valley. Call him or her a good friend or a romantic partner as long as there is total understanding, mutual respect and unconditional love between the two or more if you had soulmates.
@Sabo-go-thud I know, right? I think everyone would prefer to think life just chugs along with no bad sh happening, let alone the idea that the bad sh can permanently infect normal day-to-day life.
