I'm a fan of caviar. I like the exclusivity factor, even in my area now, where people have a decent lifestyle, many are still unaware of the caviar and I can totally flaunt my European roots; and those who are aware exchange knowing looks with me when it's cultural week at my child's school (and I bring these treats to share with other parents). @Helen-Walton as someone who has tasted real beluga caviar became illagel i have to say defenetly a more soft taste then real caviar, though i still prefer truffel when it really comes to something exclusive .
