My Favourite Is Marvel because of their fantastic origin stories and sense of humour in movies. I am not a fan of DC movies except Batman series.

I would say Marvel but DC has its good points for Joker is the greatest villain. Love how Batman gets surly with Superman like he is a soldier talking to a fraternity kid. Best superhero is Magneto who gets ambivalent, has immense power, survived the Holocaust and still struggles with an anger that leans toward justice but has a drive for retribution as well.

Superman and Batman are conceptually the most solid characters, but Marvel is better at universe-building and ensemble stories. Make Mine Marvel.

But I want a decent Silver Surfer / Galactus film and I want it NOW.
