3 idiots to my knowledge is not related to Chetan Bhagat by any means. It is purely inspired by Sonam Wangchuk.
The book "The Three Mistakes Of My Life" has a film adaptation called Kai Po Che!
JUST TO MAKE THINGS CLEAR.Sorry Bro my mistake. I got confused by three mistakes and three idiot because his many book converted into movies. Five Point Someone is book of Chetan Bhagat which influenced 3 idiots and Chetan also got credit in movie.
