How much should I charge to rent my property for filming?

A film crew asked to do some exterior filming and take pictures of three of my properties. I'm not sure what's a good price range. They want to film for about a day or two. They will also be shooting a scene where one of the houses gets "burned" (like a fake fire)....hopefully.
Can anyone give me some tips?

@sim-p You have to make some good money out of this. But at the same time, you can't charge too much. I say $100 per day.
