What is your favorite workout exercise?

Strength exercises, such as weight lifting, push-ups and crunches.

@Emily mine is for sure the dead lift. When I started 2 years ago my back was so weak I couldn't dead lift at all. Started with romanian dead lift with just the bar. Slowly I worked my way up. Atm I'm lifting 160kg.

Practicing karate, kata kid is and kihons then doing some lat pulls, preacher curls extensions and chest presses, and 15 min on the treadmill
I do CIA windsprints at the local high school

@chandu-1 I'm bipolar and earning a black belt helped a lot. I also make sure I dress in a "Dominant" fashion and stay out of certain places unless I'm with a woman.

My favorite exercise is the squat hands down ats because I set intense rep sets that make me push my limits both physically and mentally.

If "Sex" is considered as a workout exercise, then it is my favorite. Otherwise, Indian-run!
