@rendezvous That's the thrill man!! Going out in the heat and being in the real game, experiencing.
For eg- Nutmegging a person, in reality, makes us very proud as if we won a cup or something lol. It aint the same in gaming right??

Strength exercises, such as weight lifting, push-ups and crunches.

@Emily mine is for sure the dead lift. When I started 2 years ago my back was so weak I couldn't dead lift at all. Started with romanian dead lift with just the bar. Slowly I worked my way up. Atm I'm lifting 160kg.

Practicing karate, kata kid is and kihons then doing some lat pulls, preacher curls extensions and chest presses, and 15 min on the treadmill

@chandu-1 I'm bipolar and earning a black belt helped a lot. I also make sure I dress in a "Dominant" fashion and stay out of certain places unless I'm with a woman.
