@chaser2010 I know this may sound weird but in the house I grew up in the toilet lid in one of the bathrooms used to always slam shut. It wasn't like on the verge of ever falling it was an old heavy porcelain toilet lid that leaned back not forward. Also used to see like shadows move out of the corner of my eye in the hallway.
