Imagine you did one thing better today, than you did yesterday. And imagine you continued to change one thing only, every day, for the better. Sometimes you'd make mistakes, but that's okay, that's just a day with no change really. Now imagine, this goes on and on, for years. Where would you be in 2 years? 3 years? 5 years? Nobody could say. And not only would you better your own life, guaranteed. You would also see subtle changes in the lifes of the people around you. You'd start to have a real impact. A really positive impact on life.

Now I have said this to other people, but it is what I truly believe. So consider really living, instead of just dying.

@TinBelle You have a temporary condition that most deal with ina permanent fashion. Don't consider doing that and realize virtually everyone u know is suffering in a similar fashion as yourself. They may simply hide it better.

I know ur motivation to do much of anything is low... but see if u can realize it's not all about you...make it about someone with circumstances far worse than ur own. Try to make them feel better about themselves... Or take time to acknowledge what u do have. Vs what u lack
