    4. EXERCISE

  • I can say that heartbreak is one of the most hardest thing in the world especially trying to forget and move on, I suffered from this and its definitely not easy it took me months of grief, crying and overthinking but i just slowly learn to let go and move on because a relationship is a two way street if one doesnt want to pursue then its gone i can say time can heal so be strong. you will be okay.
