@SuperStressef sounds like me and my first wife. I did the same to her as your husband has done to you...and the truth is...I didn't really love her properly...I was just afraid to be alone.
Have you ever been hurt by someone you loved so much?
-
@Xavier annoying human bean
-
@MillieBee i mean... you make it easy
-
You will follow me :) sooooon @Xavier
-
@MillieBee nah
-
@Xavier suuurreee you don't π€£π
-
@Brøkëñ XD
-
@MillieBee Yes... I've dealt with it by both riding it out (the "time is a healer" thing) and pushing myself to look ahead and move forward rather than dwell. Some scars never fully heal though π€·ββοΈ
-
@Matt_Aranha that is awesome. Keep moving forward :)
-
@Escanor_ seasons change my friend. We cross path with people for a reason. Some bring good changes others not so good. Times a healer. Just have to make something painful into something beautiful.
-
@MillieBee I have dealt with this and overcame this sadness by talking to my besties and doing things I love the mostπ
-
@reviewer_1 i am happy for you :)
-
@MillieBee unfortunately, I don't trust most people I love coz I knew they would hurt me one day. But I'm willing to deal with them accordingly in my dreams if they continue to hurt me. After all, everything is possible in dreams if you cannot touch the ones you feel can sting you so easily.ππ
-
@Cold-Sun i totally agree with you. Dreams are free :)
-
By moving on
-
@MillieBee when someone you loved hurts you, you feel the pain but just know dealing with it is the most important part. The effects will be positive or negative depending on the way you dealt with the pain
-
@MillieBee welll it depends how are you hurt ππ.
If she hurt me intentionally then definitely I'll not love anyone after that but if she hurt me by mistake then definitely I'll forgive her cause I love her very much.. -
@Cold-Sun yes, we all have our own ways of dealing with pain. In my case, I completely shut everyone out. I bottle up emotions and just pretend it never happened :(
-
@Mickeyyyyy I mean there is always room for forgiveness BUT how many times can one forgive? What if it happens again?
-
People are just a series of conditioned behaviours
-
True, you canβt forgive someone for the same mistake infinite times. Peopleβs priorities change over time, and they might stop caring about you the way they did before. If youβre too weak to come to terms with that, thereβs no point in staying in the relationship anymore feeling hurt and alone all the time. Have the self-respect to not let anyone take you for granted.
