Is it a snowflake?
It's all about communication ! I say to you all .... Hi, Hello, How do you do?
-
So, apart from the keen observation I made this morning regarding an almost mythical topic on the site and the coincedence / irony of the titke f the topic below, I haven't posted much recently.
So I pose this question to you, the users, the people of TWS !What is your for of pleasantry?
Are you a
"Yo Blood"
or maybe"Duuuuude"
kind of person?Or maybe you just say
Hi
orHello
Maybe you just hit people up with the start of a conversation? :thinking_face:
For me I prefer to refer to peole by the old fashioned methods ....
- Ms or Sir
It is something that I pride myself on and something that will never change.
So how about you? What are your thoughts and ideas of how you first approach a new days chat woth someone?
-
@DayShifter I like to come in with a "Whats up bro"
I say this to girls and guys, I think it makes people comfortable. If its something too formal people will feel the need to be formal back. I like my company to be relaxed. -
@DayShifter
I’m forever in love with the unpredictability of my words and the ensuing conversations that follow. So keeping in with my unpredictable nature, I don’t have a fixed title by which I refer people to. It actually depends on the situation and topics we are on. If its a casual topic, I use ‘bruh’. A semi-casual has a ‘mate’. And a formal or serious topic warrants a ‘miss’ or ‘manh’ from me.
And if you meant to ask how I start a convo, then its never with a ‘hi’ or ‘hello’. I would usually visit their profile, do some research on the things mentioned and hit then up with the dialogues or stuffs related to their ‘area of interest’. Or if I find something catchy or unheard of in their name or profile, I hit them up to enquire about it. -
@DayShifter Hola! :joy:
-
I just go with "hey, how are you?" :joy: regardless of gender!
