enough sleep and all but d
The real answer. Drive with the aircon on high the cold will prevent you from falling asleep, if it is warm you get cozy and drowsy faster.
The fun answer. Drive to the airport and take a flight or use a car with trash suspension so you feel every hole on the road then you won't be able to fall asleep. ^.^

But don't just text, walk around while texting ;-) really: maybe even do a exercises. Talk to ppl on the phone ;-) really just not with the thing in hand. Have a coffee or two ;-) really, but don't sit around in the coffee shop, move a little while drinking it. When you realize you actually fall asleep turn on autopilot ;-) ... not really... just stop.
