• What do u think about uncle Adolf?

  • Underappreciated

  • coward and merciless

  • But, he was a good artist

  • @green thats why he wasn't accepted to university lol, to study art

  • Will it be bad to say that I hate Adolf Hitler. He had done cruel and wrong things to over millions of people all because, of their diffreances such as their religion, disablities and the fact they were not perfect enough. As someone that has her father's side of the family jewish I really hate Hitler.

  • A madman. A murderer. Killed mercilessly. Tormented millions. Loved war. Killed millions and created a cult of killing. Not a good artist. Evil.

  • @green he had a good consept because the jews kidnapped little kids and ate them. link text

  • What am I supposed to think? He was a murderer, an egomaniac and a manipulator, under his rule, 11 million people were killed using as excuse the alleged superiority of the aryan race over the others. So honestly, I don't get the point of this topic.

He did got architect scholarship for the same university he applied though,
but Adolf turned it down and despised them to even consider him as an architect
rather than painter. The scholars saw Hitler as an successful Architect, due to
his interest of building and various of structure design and they complemented his
drawing ability, but said his painting ability wasn't any near good enough,
that made Adolf really really angry.

Historians say he was a very smart from very early age on, very polite,
very well spoken, good with the ladies, just makes you wonder what drives
a painter at heart, man who absolutely loved art, nature and history,
to what he became. (also loved his mother very much)

There are as so many theories about the matter why
this failed painter became this monster.

Some say he was a very angry human from very young age on,
his school mates recall moments where he would make these
angry "speeches" to whom ever listened about pretty much everything,
he had opinion about many matter but those are only here say,
    nothing really substantial.

He hated the Austrian empire for conquering his home land
some historians say this was (combined to Henry Ford's anti-semitic
pamphlet publications, he red while visiting in the states
when he was a young man) part that grew the hate towards Austrian's
who were very Jewish pro and Hitler being a religious man
who was taught that Jewish was to blame what happened to Jesus Christ,
    so, yeah...

His mother's death effected him a lot, historians say,
he started using drugs, he got depressed. mourned
    his mother's death long time.

Some say he was just a cocked up (forced) patsy, a puppet for Nazi generals,
who actually had the real power, made all of the decisions, he was just the front man,
and in reality Hitler wasn't very smart at all, actually quite naive and fool, they
tricked him to take cocaine (or such) to control him.

Not here to defend him, obviously, but just makes you wonder how these things happen,
one failed painter cuts off his ear, becomes famous, the other becomes one of
the most horrible persons human history has ever known, go figure.

I think that most artists have unconventional thinking patterns. If van Gogh had fought in the WWI, he might've become a right-wing radical for all we know. Hitler saw the horrors of war and it probably deformed his very nature.

I mean, they both had a lot of anger in them. One of them internalized it and subjected himself to torture, the other externalized it and subjected millions of people to torture.

  • @Green In terms of digging himself and his country out of turmoil, and conquering so many countries --I understand this weird modern fascination which everyone has for the man. It's cool that someone can choose a single horse in a race and stick to it, unlike modern politicians who try to be all things to all people. If he was just some Wagner-loving, Nietzsche-loving totalitarian populist? Hell, I'd probably have voted for him. But it's just this thing with the Jews I can't get past. They just weren't (and aren't) the all-consuming monsters he painted them out to be.

To put it in perspective, I hate all university academics. I hate all County Council Executives. I hate them with a lot more tangible reasoning than Hitler had for hating just people of a different race. I'm 100% percent convinced that the world would be better off if they all just died or drowned in their own gravy-trains, and I'm inclined to make a few beer hall speeches and initiate the cull myself with zero remorse. The problem is, I know there's a tiny fraction of them that are innocent, and among the lazy Council Execs I gas-chambered, there'd be at least one Anne Frank or Magneto, and history would then remember me as a bellend. It's not a complicated idea.
