Overcoming addiction is not a sprint, is a marathon. One day at a time, and not being too hard on yourself is key. Ofc, depending on the addiction, you might need to reach out for help, and its fine. You're human.
Can you live without your phone?
-
@wildwallflower Personally, yea I can do it.
I spent some time recently, after having most of my stuff stolen, with no tech what-so-ever. When this happened I thought... sheesh man wtf am I gonna do ...
Straight up .... I got me self a non connected life. Not saying it didn't bother me cause at times it did... but I survived it, no issue, no stress...
Since getting me stuff together I must admit I have been a happy bunny.. and managed to meet some new people.
:D
When it comes to it.. There is life after tech! -

Those who use phone for work that's fine but getting addicted to it? That's something to worry about.

Yes, I don't have WhatsApp Messenger, Android, games, and other chat bots. I don't use Facebook on mobile, I do not indulge in different apps or Internet surfing on phone. And I guess I pretty much live without my phone.
