I have been the mod to many websites, and have studied the ins and outs of them since I was a child. A good admin with a firm foundation of rules, democracy, and trustful mods will succeed. There is no hierarchy. There is a clear, defined hierarchy here. Why focus on Aman, who has been banned constantly, when there are pedophiles? Where are the fucking morals? There simply is none. Want happy users? Want us to stop complaining? Do what we ask. It will always be the same bullshit said over and over again until shit changes.

Morals are beliefs. The fact that someone is modded when they clearly don’t meet the criteria is injustice, it is unfair to everyone else. If you support that I have no problem with that, do whatever you want.

Some of them don't even bother logging in for months and some of them show up once every 3 months and become mods.
Some of them say they are retired and fuck away all the responsibilities but still keep the power to look up every ip and every email id.
Isn't that a gross violation of our privacy?

Him and the others were unmodded when I made this post (which was the reason I went ahead and made this post). This is another one of the cases where admin favors on person over the other because of their nationality, and their gender.

This is the admins catfish account, everyone knows that.

Either a catfish account or one of the "old" users who have priority over everyone else. Probably both.

If you're going to whine about that then I suggest you stop using the internet. There isn't a single website on the internet (with over 250,000+ users) that doesn't keep tabs on their users. This is how facebook works, they sell your information to third parties, but I'm sure you were well aware of that.
If you use any social media, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, Grindr this happens to you all the time. You probably use all of them, use a VPN best way to keep them off your back. Don't use your real email, It's as simple as that.
