Uhm... There haven't been any other actresses to play Harley-Quinn (in live action), so.. yea?
I mean, there are versions that're a little better imo (i.e. in comics/animation), but all versions are practically the same. So technically I agree, but I'm not a big Harley fan anyways.

'Suicide Squad' did a good job introducing all those new characters, but now I actually want to see them have a good movie.
