1-1 voice chat sucks and it needs to be fixed

I have been observing that recently the quality of voice chat is down to level of garbage, there are lots Of glitches in system that yo get fed-up with the complexity added to the voice chat especially one to one voice chat. In every half an hour it reloads on its own and you loose the connection in middle and there is no way to get back to the call. This is a serious issue and the admin needs to adress it.
Pls up vote this post as much as possible so that it reaches to the admin/moderator level
