Of the 2 which is more important having talent or working hard?
-
According to me hard work beats talent but I have seen cases where talent can be as par or even beat hardwork.
For eg: Ronaldo and Messi are both amazing footballers perhaps best in the world. I don't think there is even a single football on planet who works hard as Ronaldo does, but Messi and Ronaldo are still equally skilled.
What are your views?? -
@SleepySaint I don't think I can choose an answer. Like if a singer has natural talent or a singer works hard to learn to sing... usually the singer with natural talent will be better. I think it depends on the situation. You can work hard at something and be good like someone with talent but idk if either is important over the other.

Well it depends... A comparatively lazy talented Person has a similar result to that of a more hardworking but less talented one.... But every thing is meaningless if the talented person doesn't have motivation... And if the hard working person doesn't put effort efficiently... So... There's no definite answer.. and probably never will be as even the most predictable human still becomes an irritating variable for the overall solution to the equation

@SleepySaint Talent is a gift and Will is a gift too but It depends who is recieving any of those gifts and what he do with it on one hand on the other hand the opportunity some people get to prove their worth sometimes comes and sometimes not.

Hardwork always pays off. Talent, tho one is born with it or picks it up while growing should be nurtured. practicing and exploring are major ways one can nurture while consistent practicing and exploring is what we call hardwork. I don't see much difference in being talented or not cuz at the end of the day both needs the same amount of attention that is through hardwork and dedication etc etc.

@SleepySaint Hardwork for common people as talent is rarer and talent needs perfect genetic and environmental opportunities.

@SleepySaint sure sometimes working hard will lose your talent and skills.I don't know about football, but for a example,In exams I worked hard but sometimes I couldn't get pass but when I worked smart I could pass.So I think its better to work smart not hard.
Think logically.You can do anything.

@SleepySaint Both certainly have positive qualities. But no doubt that a lucky person will beat them. Right place, right time.
