Covid made me dull

Usually I am bold and Optimist. Even though i ran a 1000s of Pessimistic thoughts in my mind, my action will be Optimistic. But this COVID is affecting lots of close ones and making me very tough to hear them feel bad. Someone come up with an idea to get out of this...
