• Hey there! Sometimes we drown in our own emotions without letting anyone know or just thinking that no one will understand us. It's always okay to ask for help. If anyone is going through depression or anxiety please reach out and feel free to talk.

  • hey can we talk?

  • Hi how u doing , i going through alot now accused of things i did not do i have no one to talk to about it .

  • @zuzzana23 You are so kind😊 If some people around us have mental health problem, we should listen to them, be a supportive open ear and encourage them to get professional help. We shouldn't try to fix them or offer advice unless we are a trained psychologist.

  • @zuzzana23 thats nice of you to spread that in the community but the power of opening up to others is not easy to obtain for so many . Most of us have made this "perfect image " of our selves that others see and are afraid that they see the real us and not like it . In most cases it is our own insecurities that prevents that and we do not actually have anything bad beneath.
So if anyone else is reading this, i encourage you to take a leap of faith and let it out.

  • tbh I'm not even sure what I have. I've done my research on various mental disorders, that I suspect I might have, but obviously I can't decide for myself what fits and how I should treat it/ live with it. I'm planning on going to therapy soon, but it'd really comfort me to know what it is that I have. It's very frustrating to keep getting my hopes up, after relating to a disorder, but then it somehow not really fitting. I've been suspecting bpd, bipolar, anxiety (I'm pretty sure that I definitely have this) and just straight up my brain playing mind games with me. Like you know maybe I'm just imagining things, but that'd actually be messed up. Anyway that was my little rant for the night.. so I'm out :p

  • Great topic those who are shy or have difficulities expressing their opinions or describing their emotions may fall in depression easier .. Some sensitive personalities should be given space and time to say whatever they want through any way they feel comfortable with maybe writing , socialising , singing or drawing etc ..

  • @zuzzana23 Mental health is a set of factors and many suffer from something that happened in childhood or adolescence, often related to physical or psychological violence, with traumas, repressed emotions that cause severe problems such as depression, suicidal ideation, panic disorders, post-traumatic stress, disorders of self-image, binge eating, schizophrenia ... it is a parade of suffering that almost always people around ignore until it is too late and the narcotics and psychotropic drugs have reduced the person to a shadow of what was once.
It is essential that the person seeks help and that I say as a health professional that I am and of patients that I have already followed in psychosocial care services
