@zuzzana23 Mental health is a set of factors and many suffer from something that happened in childhood or adolescence, often related to physical or psychological violence, with traumas, repressed emotions that cause severe problems such as depression, suicidal ideation, panic disorders, post-traumatic stress, disorders of self-image, binge eating, schizophrenia ... it is a parade of suffering that almost always people around ignore until it is too late and the narcotics and psychotropic drugs have reduced the person to a shadow of what was once.
It is essential that the person seeks help and that I say as a health professional that I am and of patients that I have already followed in psychosocial care services
