i have trouble with that badly
I really don't wanna admit it but...
-
... I just wanted to confess that I am a person who is sensitive and I have really low self-esteem... I keep thinking that I'm not good enough. I try to tell myself all the possible positive things but I don't believe them. Not 100% at least. This is me being very hypocritical from me posting something on a post and comforting someone with the similar expiring ce. But I just can't. I need to change the way I think but how?

@LinnSong Balance is essential, for inner peace. We all have good qualities, and not so good. All are half demon, half divine. At times we're our own best friend, at other times our own worst enemy. Embrace all of who and what you are, and in doing so you may find harmony. :peace::heart::yin_yang::pray:

@LinnSong Always good to see someone smile, keep that up, ok? :grin:

@LinnSong First of all, ur an amazing, smart, beautifullll person and second of all don't just tell urself these things, do something that acc make u believe it. That might be drawing, painting, running etc etc and when ur done, say to urself that hellll yh i did it, im awesome, it's all in the mind :)) Congratulate urself girl ur worth ittt ✨

aw thanks @kit_kat very touching🥺 same goes for you :) :)

@Lazz @kit_kat
Look this will sound like a "know it all" talking but those things don't work. Maybe for some people it might but it didn't for me.Secondly @Lazz again I'm not trying to being rude or "know it all" but that's just a quote that at least to me looks like you're just describing a human not that there is anything wrong with it but it's not the solution for the actual problem.
The problem I think here is when @LinnSong draws, run, paints or whatever she wants to do after completing it she wants someone to appreciate her like be with her who can hold a shoulder to her like someone she can really trust or holds in high regard.
I might've been mistaken but that's what I think and sorry in advance if this sounds or feels bad

@kit_kat I agree that's why I said in the beginning that it might work for some people.
-
@LinnSong :+1: :+1: :+1: You're welcome

@DarkHorseDemon Of course not every way of interpreting experiences of self will "work" or make a certain kind of sense, to everyone. We are all individuals. My hope was to offer, in a few words, insight, into how I try to navigate these sometimes difficult inner complexities, not to resolve someone else's for them. No solution shared, maybe a path shown. I appreciate your input, as, after all, we're here to openly communicate. Have polite exchanges with one another. Share, learn, grow. Even agree to disagree. :clap:

@Lazz yes thank you :) :)
-
@LinnSong C'mon now...more like this: :grinning_face: :joy: :heart_eyes:

@LinnSong There is nothing bad about thinking that you are not good enough. Its bad when you think you are good, when actually you are not. But when you think that you are not good enough, it means you are not delusional and can identify what should become better in you and make it happen.

Haha yes @Lazz 😂😂❤️💫Thanks :)
