Look this will sound like a "know it all" talking but those things don't work. Maybe for some people it might but it didn't for me.
Secondly @Lazz again I'm not trying to being rude or "know it all" but that's just a quote that at least to me looks like you're just describing a human not that there is anything wrong with it but it's not the solution for the actual problem.
The problem I think here is when @LinnSong draws, run, paints or whatever she wants to do after completing it she wants someone to appreciate her like be with her who can hold a shoulder to her like someone she can really trust or holds in high regard.
I might've been mistaken but that's what I think and sorry in advance if this sounds or feels bad
