@Flintt no but I do bite my finger nails sometimes cuz of anxiety and overthinking
Teabag question time!!
-
What do you value in others?
I value it if people are trustworthy. Probably because I am very trustworthy and get extra disappointed if people break my trust.
-
@Eucalyptus honesty. I'd rather be confronted with the truth than sheltered with a lie
-
@Eucalyptus R E S P E C T, to add to the list
-
@Lazz agreed. it's become a trend to only hand respect to people they deem worthy, rather than those who actually deserve and have earned it. For example, sometimes I'm asked what I do for a living or what I'm studying only so someone can calculate the level of respect they want to give me.
-
@Eucalyptus And, hopefully, always treat others the way you'd want to be treated :v::grinning_face:
-
@Eucalyptus Positivity, people who are positive, always makes my day better
-
All of this is rlly important but for me, it would be a sense of humor. I make a lotta jokes lmao so someone who can take a joke and be funny is important for me
-
@Roselyn Damn straight, and spot on
-
@Roselyn this 👆🏼 Very much the truth! The truth can seem harsh but it's the only way to grow, learn and become the best version of yourself. If things are always sheltered from you, there are important coping skills you won't develop and if you're always lied to, you'll get major trust issues and identity/self-worth issues! Very well spoken, beautiful queen 👑 🌹
-
@Roselyn ugh, this is again very true. I am not a person who's into status or riches and all that, but it's all around you that people value money, education, status, fame, even familiy names over being a genuinely good person. Look at all the celebrities being adored but are behaving like real arrogant snobs and diva's to those around them. I don't want any of that. There's a good way to 'measure' someone's personality and that's to look how they treat waitresses and waiters (or servants, caissières, etc) , unpopular people, or just people below their 'class' (I hate to use that word, but in lack of a better term). Respect people for who they are and the good values they have. Sometimes the people higher up in society do the worst things behind closed doors.
-
@Eucalyptus hehe, oops, that was a whole book 😬📖
-
@Lazz yes! Let's respect other people, animals, nature, etcetera!! 👏🏻🔥🔥
-
@Lazz yes!
-
@Eucalyptus It should be the other way around, to fit your topic...but, same concept. :smile:
-
@Blessing-Boateng :angel:
-
@Lazz Oh, but it is actually better to work on yourself and not expect things of other people. This was just the question on my teabag and I thought it would be topic-worthy :angel: :fire:
-
@ryanmahguy yeahhh I'm all about that positivity!! Totally always be positive to make other people's days better!! :fire: :fire: :grin:
-
@Eucalyptus Very good topic, and I agree, as I am constantly working on myself, in one way or another.
Tbh I clicked the Topic not sure WHAT to expect, as "teabag" here is slang for...something entirely else :grin:
-
@Lazz I just read what it means.. Lol, nahh, I'm wayy too innocent for that :fire: :fire: :angel: LMAO
-
@Eucalyptus I've seen some of your posts and such, so I already had an idea that at least the topic would be...innocent :thinking:
