First of all, take your time – in case there is no real reason not to. Don't fear something you haven't actually let close to yourself, whatever it is, pregnancy or even being a mother. You know, you might think one day: "he/she would be 3 years now" and you might be very sad, that you didn't give your child the chance to live. Point is, take your time, let the idea close, don't make an uninformed and un-thought-out choice. Just let it sink in. Look at the pros and cons, let them sink in too. Things might look scary one day, but once you've really taken your time to look at them from different angles, they might no longer do.
And be aware, that an abortion is dangerous too, in many aspects. I've heard quite a few people who aborted speak first hand, and they think the bad effects are real. I heard some too who have none, and they attest to that. I believe both sides, so I'm certain the risks are real, but you also have a good chance of little pain in the aftermath.
