If you walk down a crowded street in a city you have never been to before you will be surrounded by strangers - your logic suggests that it would be fine to wave your cock at all of them!
Make no mistake, regardless of whatever any ads suggest, the adverts are sensible enough not to break the law and in most territories this website operates in unsolicited dick pics are now (rightly) identified as harassment and thus illegal. The onus is NEVER on the victim to make it clear they don't want that kind of shit.
