@esther_n Some of my favourite books include I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings, Dune, Wuthering Heights, and To Kill A Mockingbird. I like a lot of plays too.

@22callen "Early Music" or Medieval music. Roughly 11th to 14th century sacred and secular. I prefer the secular. Folk songs, street music. Very uplifting, in some cases, but in others, they sure did enjoy their minor chords, back then.
@Lazz blackmoore's night
@Anges-des-Mers said in favriote type of music ? mines heavy metal:
blackmoore's night
Blackmore's Night is alright. I'd call that more Celtic and new age-ish, but they do have a sound. Folky
I think so,
@Anges-des-Mers Thought you might enjoy this
@Lazz only lazz lmfao, but you know me, I dig it 👍 but wtf is with you and fucked up key signatures?
@INSANE-INSIDE Maybe just sits in my head it's own way. It kind of registers. But this isn't my daily musical diet. I cross a lot of years and genres. You know that
@Lazz yeah, best way to be imho, have you heard hu? My mates are obsessed with them, rockish lol
@INSANE-INSIDE Whoaaa...no, I hadn't heard of these guys, but I'm glad you pointed them out. I can so get behind this!
@Lazz 👍 my mates were playing it excitedly to me, I kinda didn't mind but I'm digging it now, I like unusual instruments like the thing Sepultura (max) uses in the start of attitude and Korn's unplugged used a pile of cool shit like glass harmonicas etc.
I still want a bass trombone with double triggers, fuck knows what ild do with it but I want it, same with a 7 valve tuba, just cause it's in tune then and there's only 7 (more or less) fingering combinations so ultimate in lazy........ and look here, I've wondered off thread again lmao (heads back to civilization)
There is very little Heavey Metal Music that I like and to each their own. It sounds like just loud screaming and noise to me. Pretty much every other kind of music I like. Jazz, Blues, Folk, Rock, Pop, Country, Classical, etc...
But I do Like Iron Butterfly Heavy
pretty diverse actually; but I do listen to death metal most of the time
@22callen mine is rock alternative
@22callen I like punk rock.
What about New Age music that came out in I think the 80's 90's. Only think I can think of right off was what there was in the Music of "HACKERS" I bought the CD for that movie and I really liked about 90% of it.
I can't really post about Music without giving away my age somewhat. I really liked the "Mystery to Me" album by Fleetwood Mac which now is a timeless classic. The Dylan, Byrds, The Who, Ten Years After, Lovin Spoonfull, Doors, Beatles, Stones, Kinks, Beach Boys, Donovan, Cream, The Band, Santana, Hollies, Rascals, The Supremes, The Four Tops, Temptations, Otis Redding, Sly and the Family Stone, I could probably list at least a 100 more from the 50's to present!
