@someone1019 Hello Miss
if a liar is telling you that s/he lied.. would you believe it?
-
I'm curious. :)
-
@Lurker someone is telling the opposite of truth. Haha
-
@Lurker haha true indeed.
-
-
@TheGoldenMole wow.. why is that? :)
-
@cjko I guess because if I know they’re a liar, then I probably assumed that what they said was a lie anyway. If they come clean and say it was a lie I will have to accept that as the truth because I also thought it was a lie. If I think it is a lie then that would make what I thought was a lie was really true and then I wouldn’t know whether to take everything that person says as a lie or as true. However, if I saw it as a lie the first time and continue to do so, then I can still assume everything else they say is a lie as well
-
@TheGoldenMole haha, in short, you still won't believe him/her
-
@Wolfie_11 haha yeah. You got it.. what if he denied that ,and he sabotaged everyone just to fool you that he was able to score and make the the team won?
-
@Wolfie_11 you're a competitive one
-
Nope, cuz they can be lying as well and telling the truth for once :joy:
But how can you tell if someone is a liar? :thinking_face: -

No sh9 sherlock :joy:
I know what a liar is, but how can you tell when they are lying and when they are not?
Trust instinct and know what is the truth yo! You can see it in their eyes too. There's an involuntary movements of some part of their bodies as well. Those gestures sending you signals that there is something wrong.
Isn't a liar, not a liar, until he lied for the 1st time? :joy: what do you think so? Hahaa
-
@Lurker for me it is. Does telling white lies makes you a bad liar? :D
-
Nope but you are still a liar. Ignorance isn't bliss! :p
-
@cjko Yes
-
@cjko
Depends on the situation and circumstances. If they say that they scored a goal (in a match that was played in my absence), then I’ll think about their footballing skills, their propensity to score, their position of playing and the seriousness and accompanying happiness that they potray while saying the same and then I shall decide if they’re speaking the truth or not. :) -
@cjko
Damn.
I guess I’ll just believe him as long as the team won.
And if the team would have lost, it will show on their faces.
They never have fun if they Lost. NEVER. -
@cjko Yes I would believe. I think S/he is liar but doesn't mean s/he always lies . Whatever S/he says doesn't matter but to believe them is depend on our power of thinking. :)

@cjko
Why so?
I am not a ‘win-at-all-costs’ person. I take the losses in my stride and keep working to improve on it. I have seen more losses than success tbh.. (Yes, my team sucks) So I guess we celebrate the wins like mad lol.And I guess, I don’t care much when somebody says that they lied to me. I mean I let the bygones be bygones, usually. Ofcourse, there are exceptions. But I generally don’t tend to mind.
what’s not good in that?
Let bygones be bygones. Hahaha

I think you can only label someone a liar as soon as that person lies to you. Is someone that lied to others but never lied to you a liar to you?
