There is something that we need to look at and get sorted

We are not here to help the site against our personal reasons ... We are here to help the site to keep it clean for the main community.

If there is issues regarding posts or user details and your unsure ... ASK ONE OF US.

We can NOT ban or delete posts/topics for our own reasons .... THIS HAS BEEN NOTICED BY ADMIN

YES we do do this for the love of the site, to maintain it and to keep it clean. ... NO we do not do it for pay or any other reason EXCEPT for the love of the site

The example that Admin has pass to @ObviouslyLucifer and nyself was this :

If the mods start looking for users who have mentioned the word h***y. Then half of the tws accounts could be banned.

This means basialy that Admin are aware that most of the site is based on finding a date and/or h0rny people ... and if we ban one , we must ban all ... if we ban all then we have not site left

When a ban is issued , it does not always need to be PERMINANT either .... people should recieve warnings , temporary bans , then if needed a longer ban ... of in extrean cases IP bans

Being a mod for the site is about learning....

1. learning how to manage users
2. learning how to be diplomatic with user issues
3. learning how to solve issues between users
4. learning what to delete / remove or edit with users posts and topics
5. learning what is and is not acceptable for the site.

With all that said and done, try to remember that We are still users of the site alongside the fact we are also role models to the community.
Rather than hunting for "unsavory things" .... continue trying to build, grow and ultimatly move the community forward.
