If you had to move to a state or country besides the one you currently live in, where would you move and why?

I'd like to live in The Netherlands, I have lots of friends from there and I like how we feel all the seasons passing, in Portugal we have a mild winter and a very warm summer!

If I had to, then mine would be Germany;
As, due to recent ease in the immigration laws, the job opportunities, and admission in universities there has been more uncomplicated.
It is also a prominent part of the EU, so that comes as a bonus, if I ever had to say "hi" to a friend in other countries there
The Welfare system of Germany, is also very easy going on students, and the government colleges are practically free there.
So I'll be selfish and go to that country
But then come back to my homeland, after my education and becoming capable enough, to give it back to the society

Id love to live in Spain because of everything @Wolfie_11 stated.
Plus I have some friends from there.PS - @Lurker I know why you wanna move to Holland you naughty boii

Japan. The mix of hi-tech and sophisticated ancient culture. I want to try that drink.
-
I like to move the Iceland here in our country and fall in love with the aurora borealis everyday. Lol
-
@Bela-Hella , If I had to choose a different state here in the USA it would be Alaska for the sheer beauty and wildlife or northern Wyoming near Yellowstone National Park for the same reason. I love the mountains and incredible amount of amazing wildlife. I could pick another country...... IDK... because I’ve never been anywhere else but Canada. I need to travel the globe and meet all my tws friends and family before deciding on a new country.
-
@Bela-Hella ofc it will.
-
It's the Netherlands but my phone is dumb and auto corrected the "t" to a capital "T"
-
@Lurker Ikr small t, just to mess around with my super duper bookish professor before who knows nothing but a graded oral recitation.. Haha

@Bela-Hella
I have always been infatuated with the language, culture, festivals and football of Spain. The fact that we can practically live there in a hideout in the countryside adrift of the rest of the world gives me the feels. However, it is one of the highest tax-collecting countries and its economic bailout in 2014 (which is repaid, ofcourse) are some of the hindrance.
So I would say Corsica. Because I dont know much about it except that peeps are loving and caring and it would act as a perfect hideout from the world. So it would be worth exploring itP.S.- To be honest, I wanna see the whole world and not settle anywhere. I wanna watch every place that there is, meet people from every culture, spend some time-out with all of them and revel in being stealthily untraceable and have no loose ends, ala Jack Reacher.
-
@Lurker not a relevant answer to your reply but your country choice had impact to me in my geopolitics class way back college.. I asked my prof if its necessary that the letter "T" is in capital letter or small .. Haha.. Would it be the Netherlands or The Netherlands
