What do you think about breast implants?

@Dobelius With the passage of time a large amount of volume higher than supported by the breast structure can lead to muscle distention and inflammation of the mammary glands. sometimes the client should periodically return to the surgeon to see if there is any risk over time if it is too large a volume of silicone.

@Nibba Well, my view is that as long as it doesn't look like two giant footballs glued onto the chest it is fine. However some of my friends are totally against all breast implants no matter the size, so I suppose it varies a lot.

@Dobelius well yea as long as you don't 'oversize' and there has been put thought in it i think let that person do what she wants it's her body after all but yea thought is important

@Chicken-meat I got saline. I were/am afraid of the complications a ruptured silicone implant would result in, so I choosed saline (i.e. salt-water implants) instead.

@Dobelius I think that if a woman does that its mean that she is uncertain of herself and she do that more for the society, less for herself. Because today plastic surgery helping you getting more ""attention". At the end every person should ignore what they think of you.

@Chicken-meat no. But as you can see today more and more people do plastic surgery and people do that because they imitate what society does and not thinking of it to the end

Besides not everything is peer pressured by society, people have done modifications to their body since the dawn of time, I believe it was just her choice to do it cos she wanted bigger boobies

@Chicken-meat True, but saline implants are practically a soft container containing salt-water so it isnt that hard either.

i mean if it's done safly and by a good doctor it's fine. but it is a bit exstreme to risk your life too look good
so be safe, and i think the look fine even to the exstreme
