No. Culture is important, but it is not binding. Certainly the cultural norms present some differences, but the culture itself is not static .. and it has always been important for the evolution of societies. Strssa culture is evolution. I always look at everything with curiosity, without prejudice, I am led to think, rather than to judge, to ask more than to find answers. The culture itself in any society is not limiting are the corporate dogmas .. a legacy of superstition and religion mixed together. Knowledge helps to understand, where ignorance has doubts and hinders any culture. So I still think not, no cultural norm is binding in itself.
I always think it's up to the individual to make good use of our cultural heritage :)
What habit that you think was cool when your young but isnt cool now??

When I was a little until college I had this habit of nail biting. Nail biting anytime, everywhere is a pleasure for me.. I can't even let a day pass by without it ,not just that I also tried reaching my toenails haha..I also hate nailcutter as I know I dont need it all..
It was too late before I realize it wasnt cool now fingernails are the worst part of me..Share yours

I use to think growing my hair without taking care of it. I mean like taking no ends off, not really washing it. Using rubber bands to tie it back .....
Then after being told,”you are not coming on holiday unless you lose your hair!” And being forced to cut my hair..
I realised that it wasn’t cool...
hahaha became so vain about my hair my mates wished they never got me to cut it hahaha -
