I think so, or so I wanna believe. When I'm at my lowest I try to think to myself like this - you are the only one doing this to yourself, no one but yourself can help you climb out of the hole and in all honesty, friends, family and your significant other can support you but the healing and the "saving" is all your own job, so ultimately everyone can get out of it if they find their way back up!
@Rayse thanks. hey shut the water in my building yesterday #Unpaidbills. There's a pool site right beside me but it's under maintenance too . But yeah the cold shower thin works too. I used to do that, fill a bucket of ice and water, bath with it then go to sleep for some loong hrs .

Ahead of this years season, The Sun had an interview with Mike Dean, and he just spent the whole time badmouthing all the other Premier League refs, about all the times they'd badmouthed him, and each other, and I just loved it because it was a big cluster f drama.
