My mom wants me to end my involvement with online dating. Please help!

I just came home from an asian date tour which my mom doesn’t really like. She already have the knowledge of me being involved with online dating and matchmaking services. And her reaction was way beyond what I expected. She was so mad and frustrated. She wants me to end my involvement with such dating, but I don’t want to! I find pleasure and enjoyment with chatting women online, especially in meeting with them in person. I need help! How can I convince my mom to let me continue using online dating?!

Even if she forbids you, you know you'll still keep doing it lol. Your mom is only concerned about you so you should understand where she's coming from. Anyway, it seems like she's not well informed of the dating practices of today, you should hold a nice dinner date with her and explain it then. There are actually researches agreeing that relationships which start through online are happier! You should tell her that. Good luck 💕

@flurryguy85 You gotta convince your mom by telling her the advantage of such dating site. Maybe she doesn't want you to be involved in that matchmaking services because there are so many negative impression that people have been talking to but actually they didn't know how it works. Tell her that the site is legit and can be trusted, like showing her some of the success stories. Just let her understand slowly and never make her mad at you because mom always knows best.

@flurryguy85 You should tell your mom about the positive sides of online dating and let her understand why you want that. Be honest to her and never make her mad at you. Convince her maybe she would love it.

@flurryguy85 Yes you should ask why she's so against it but not talk about it on a deeper level, don't make her feel guilty xD There's nothing really wrong with online dating, she will realize she's overly reacting.
