Nice work :) very dark but well done (the structure and symetry and the choose of the texture and colours) Maybe if you put on some white colour illumination it will make a little difference It is my opinion

Any artists start by drawing based on reference photos and drawings. I wouldn't feel bad about it. I think the main difference is when you're merely using it as a guide (because you like the style or other elements) and claiming as your own original piece. If you need someone to talk to about it, I'm all ears. :)

Oh my gosh, this is so cute! I absolutely adore the aesthetic of people drawing realistic looking animals with pencil. You're surely talented.

@JessLou thats great! i been trying to draw human faces and all but still not getting at it. i still am left wit sketch i have to make for Jan i told her i would. sometimes it gets out of my heart but i really will soon enough complete it lol. we gonna keep trying! then viola! good luck!
