@sarah I did some research a few years ago for an essay that I was writing and found that people only need to sleep about 7.5 hours.

@sarah I think it varies depending on age and individual factors. Some poeple need 8 hours of sleep, while some get by with much less

between 6 and 10 is enough, but it really all depends on you, when you wake up in the morning on your own(without alarms) u got enough, and i mean that first time u open ur eyes not the time you need to get out of the bed because you're lazy and wanna sleep some more

any number of hours 1.5h x number like 3 , 4.5 , 6 , 7,5 ect is the best way to sleep so you don`t get headaches and feel better!

@sarah the answer to this question can't be given in figures. Sleep is meant to provide relaxation to our brain and body. Most of the body recovery from physical and mental stress is done while we sleep. The BRAIN on an average needs 5 hrs of sleep to optimal recovery whereas the requirement of BODY depends on person to person and kind of physical stress they go through , so it can be from 6~8 hrs a day.
Also sleep is dependent on age too.. so, what is said for adults. 😁 -
