Depends on what kind of chances u are talking about and in what condition did they burnt the said chances. Sometimes people go tho periods in life and become a real bitch and no... i'm not excusing ppl that behave like jerks, just saying that if you once cared/care for that person and he or she behaved like a jerk, doesn't always mean he or she is one... Maybe he or she is going tho stuff that caused it to be this way.... Life can be pretty fucked up sometimes

I think 2 chances are enough, 3 if you really think you can trust the person. But anything after that and you know they're just going to keep hurting you.
