@tm A cure for wellness (2016), has dome kind of sci-fi, fantasy and horror elements.
Coma (1978) I guess this is just a thriller.
-- just realized u asked for merely sci -fi. I guess these don't fit in the category, but I'll leave it like that xD -

Dark City and Brazil are two of my favourite underappreciated classic sci-fi movies. Original Blade Runner is still a masterpiece, as is 2001: A Space Odyssey. The new season of Star Trek is pretty good so far, has similar tones to the original series, which if you haven't seen is worth watching in it's entirety.
If you're into games play the Mass Effect Trilogy and if you fancy reading I'd recommend almost any book by Philip K. Dick and Arthur C. Clarke (a lot of films/series in this thread are adapted from their novels)
Happy hunting! -
Everything, Everywhere All At Once
12 Monkeys
Children Of Men
Under The Skin
Slightly off-topic, I'm unfamiliar with Cronenberg's body horror, so if anyone could watch Crimes of the Future and let me know if I should spare myself a cinema ticket, I'd be forever grateful.
