I actually said no such thing. I'm guessing you don't have much experience in this but if you hook up with a girl, she is not going to bring up pregnancy and neither are you. There is no discussion about that with someone you don't already have a relationship with. So your example makes zero sense.
But...... if you do have sex with a girl and you impregnate her, then you own the responsibility of supporting the baby.

There's nothing to determine. You meet a girl and you decide to fool around. You don't know her, you put on a condom. If she says not to, you do so anyway or leave without sex.
You do not risk pregnancy or std.
There is no asking first what the plan is if things go wrong. If you're that worried then you dont have sex. But if you do then you have to own the consequences. -

So let's dissect your post.
You say I am confused then admit that you misquoted me on an assumption you made.
Then you go back to this weird scenario where a man and woman first discuss pregnancy. This is why I believe you are a virgin. That does not happen. They just have sex, there is no discussion or even thought of pregnancy except to avoid it by using protection.
It's like driving a car, I accept that someone can crash into me no matter how well I drive. You have sex with a woman you just met or hardly know and you hope you don't impregnate her but understand that it could happen.
And if you do then you have to be a complete asshole to not own the responsibility of supporting that child.
