@Tarique-Shaikh I've lived with depression for over 25 years. As lame as it sounds sometimes medication is needed depending on the type of depression, as said above activity like exercise can really help get rid of temporary depression, and there is always therapy. Sometimes just talking it out can help you realize what may be the main cause and you can slowly make changes to your life to improve temporary depression.

All the time- I have an uncanny, perhaps awful, ability to accidentally get so sucked into something that I won’t notice someone next to me saying my name. It is obviously my only fault, but one which caused a lot of problems in my previous relationship. There is a feeling almost like my head is moving forward through my face toward the thing I’m paying attention to, and then there’s no hope for a conversation out of me.
