• @Karina-Kara very well put

  • I normally stop thinking about the current situation, take a breather and calm myself down by drinking water and thinking about what makes me happy, then I know I;m calm and can go on with what was happening. If you don't calm down then you risk making the situation worse and harder to solve the problem or maybe even make it unsolveable. That's just my oppinion and to be honnest this helps a lot.

  • @Indrid-Cold I believe that Stalin, like most who obtained excess power, became intoxicated with this power and proceeded to act despotically, revealing the worst possible. I admire the Russian fervor in its glorious marches, but this was the fruit of an extensive campaign of "deification" of its dictator in exchange for millions of lives reaped.

  • @TheGoldenMole with anxiety??...🤔🤔
I try to ignore that as much as I can, I keep avoiding and ignoring it until its gone...
To avoid or to ignore it, I used to talk with peoples, talk with y friends, wash my face with Plain water :) And sit like normally with my phone, avoiding it and divert my attention to something else :)

  • @TheGoldenMole hmm my pleasure to help :)

    Another tactics are the ff:
6.If that is a long-term anxiety about life and everything, I suggest a hobby that surely let you express yourself. You can do it in painting, drawing , crsfting or in photography. It makes you feel lighter and worry free (IMO)
    7. Turn your anxities into poem or song lyrics , I assure you you can make a great sound track of your life ;)
    8. Eating a happy food releases happy hormones :) if you are a foodie, this will greatly help :)
    9. Go step outside of your room , see the brighter and wider perspective. Don't lock yourself inside that four corners and let anxiety engulf you. Warning: it will turn into depression if you will not make something to prevent or to lessen it.
    10. Hangout with people who listen to you, people whom you trust, people who stick with you through good and bad times, truest people on earth ;)

  • @cjko all of those sound like really good ideas. thank you for sharing, I appreciate it :)

  • @TheGoldenMole you're welcome.. let it out :)
    Your voice should be heard

  • @TheGoldenMole I just wait for it to disappear because I know it, too, will pass soon. Everything does.

  • @Azriel said in How do you (if you do) deal with anxiety?:

@TheGoldenMole I just wait for it to disappear because I know it, too, will pass soon. Everything does.

I actually think this is a good way to get through it. By knowing it will eventually pass and it won’t last forever maybe it well help calm the feeling faster

  • @PAFFA pls tell me hw that helps

  • @BabyArtist tell me hw that works

  • @TheGoldenMole If you have issues with anxiety throughout the day, doing yoga would help you a lot. Do yoga every morning and maybe before going to sleep (you have different forms of yoga, some of them are more based for building strength and endurance for example, while other yoga types are more focused on stress relief and strengthening the mind-muscle connection. You can start with yoga workouts that don't last longer than 10 to 15 minutes, start with easy programs and exercises which are made for beginners, and work your way up from there. Many studies have shown that persons who practice yoga notice first changes within the first 2 months. Doing yoga in morning prepares you for the upcoming day while doing yoga in the evening helps your body to relax even more during sleep. Don't overtrain yourself though, if you decide to try it in the first place, lmao.

  • @What-is-this thanks for the tips, I've never tried yoga, maybe it is time that I do

  • @TheGoldenMole just listening to instrumental songs then letting myself to swim as deeper as I can and when I pull myself up I'm gonna yell and laugh like nothing's bothering me LEWL

  • @TheGoldenMole but most of the time I prefer to paint white and blue things and it made me calm

  • @harveylake Just clear your head and think of possible options how you can resolve the problem.

  • The human brain works like a video recorder. Watching the re-runs of the past is an emotional experience. It's all about what you have been recording and if it is inspirational or toxic. You only have so much memory and the inspiration must record over the toxic. This is controlled by the present and your interactivity with others. (When I say others, I mean human beings only. They create both warm and cold psychology). Firstly, alienate every toxic feeling at once by appreciating the fact that your time on Earth is far too sacred to go to waste on negative vibes. You have the God given right to be ignorant and stop all psychology because you were not born to suffer. It's not fair! Secondly, your DNA and your children depends on you to protect your future from right now in the present. Ask yourself why you are suffering!? If the answer is family or friends you must stop recording them by distracting yourself with your future. You must see, hear and feel for your goals more clearly, loud and strong when around these people because your life is to be conditioned to the point where anxiety does not exist at all. Create a business model for an inspiration platform that makes such goals more clear, loud and strong. One at a time and start small. Buy tools for the model and value them as your first achievements. They are your assets and they and the model belong to you forever. Your feelings belong to them and only them. Record only them. Thirdly, go through everyone in your life and view them with cause and effect. Those that love bring peace and joy, those that hate bring 911, the emergency services and lastly embarrassment. Your future belongs to those that bring peace and joy in to your life and for the sake of your DNA and children, call them family. Record all of those pasts and relive them forever. Those that bring 911, the emergency services and embarrassment have the power to manipulate and even destroy your DNA and children before they exist. They are the Terminator! Get them away from your memories forever. Do it right now before it's too late and you forget that you ever read this post. Last of all, DO NOT TELL ANYONE ABOUT YOUR RECORDER! It is to be kept troll-free and clean and it is the most sacred thing in today's society.

My experience isn't the best but I treated anxiety with Xanax. I wouldn't advise using any drugs without any consultation with a specialist. Although this one helped me then I had to go through xanax withdrawal symptoms and it wasn't a nice time. It didn't take a long time but still. And again I want to insist on visiting doctors, psychologists if you feel you can't deal with anxiety on your own.

  • @TheGoldenMole Small daily doses of prescription medication
