Friends are something that an average person needs. Humans are just made that way. But I think it's not correct to think that friends can fix everything, as well as that friends will stay in your life forever. Throughout life you will meet dozens of people and make many friends. But only one or two out of hundreds will be something you may call a "real friend". That's if you are lucky enough to meed someone with similar mindset and values that you have. People you call 'friends' will walk out of your life for different reasons (they may be insignificant or important) and will stay with you for different amounts of time. That's why I think that it's better if you put yourself/your life/feelings first most of the times when it comes to your friends. You can stay in a really good relationship with them even if you don't always put them first or give all of yourself into these relationships. Because each one of us have their own lifes to take care of. Those people who will want to stay with you and will understand you/love you - will stay. And those who don't - won't. Whatever you do for them. It depends on the mindset of the other party. Loving, helping, caring for your friends is great, but if you put them above other important things like yourself, then they will get used to it. And most people won't do the same for you or will try to use your love for their own emotional self-satisfaction. That's just how it is. So I think you just need to do everything in moderation and state values right in life.
Do you think universe conspires two souls to be together? :)
-
I wonder what's your take about this.. hahha
-
@cjko nein, persons have to take the crucial steps
-
@Jeff9998 yeah it takes a move for you to know if it works.. but , would you believe that universe will conspires to both of you meet in an unexpected ways ?
-
@cjko Well, basically universe is a factor that brings ppl together but added to that, the ppl have to take the steps towards each other <3 Love it is
-
@cjko that kind of thing happens (2 people meeting unexpectedly and then dating), but that shit is rare af
-
@DarkIce truly amazing .. isn't it? haha
yeah, if universe brought that person into your life, there must be a reason.. and it's up for you to cultivate that something into something special. -
@Jeff9998 I agree about "rare" , but that thing must be something special
-
There's a chinese legend regarding that, it's called: "Red Thread of Fate" and it goes like this.
"The two people connected by the red thread are destined lovers, regardless of place, time, or circumstances. This magical cord may stretch or tangle, but never break."
I believe this is a highly romantic view and even tho I would like to believe this is the case, I don't know if that is the case as some ppl do end up alone without ever finding their soulmates. -
@Mr-H I have read that "Red Thread of Fate'" , it is something like, there is already someone for you, and that someone is your soulmate. You just have to believe and have faith that it is true, no matter how long you wait or no matter how many times you got hurt. But sometimes, some of us already met their soulmates but chose to let it slipped away out of their lives.

The legend says the string can't be broken tho, so if they were really your soulmate, they wouldn't slip from your life, that's why I say it's highly romantic cuz it's not given that "Every Jack has his Jill "
-
@Mr-H maybe they are blinded or distracted with some other factors that make them impossible to untangle the thread, if that makes sense.
It really takes determination and faith. And it depends on whether YOU believe you are loveable. If you believe you are, then you believe you deserve love and therefore someone exists just for you. If you don’t, your search will be empty, exhausting and fruitless. Or, you will attract damaged people.
Life is like a road to take, you meet people along the way. It's a matter of your choice too.

NO
FFS
Snap out of it romantics -.-
-
It does makes sense and that's a very interesting way to put things, It also reminds me of a book called "The secret" that talks about the energy that you generate by thinking positive, if you think and desire positiveness the universe will send it your way as positiveness atracts positiveness. :joy:
-
@Kana haha sounds jaded about love. haha :D
Why say no? -

@Mr-H that's great then.. I recommend you a book about a psychology of hope or psychosynthesis. The book entitled "What may we be" by Piero Ferruci is a good read and it has exercises on it..

Maybe you haven't experienced ''luck'' yet. :D -
@Mr-H Jack and Jill story got a various version. It's kinda twisted in children's story book to make it sounds unromantic or child friendly story ..
