I can sooo relate to you. It seems like you are insecure about something..(?)That should explain your feeling you're not good enough.
Feeling nauseous and sick doesn't sound normal at all tho! Maybe you should consult a doctor, could be something serious.
But since you don't want that i believe you'll benefit from self councelling. Always works for me x). Try to find out the reason why you feel threatened. Try to understand yourself. Then you can see if your insecurities are baseless or not and find ways to work upon that.
Everyone feels anxiety, yes. But it's different from insecurity and one can always overcome anxiety with practice. -
