I’m bored ask anything!

Hey I’m Emma from Oregon and I accidentally disconnected from a talk with Alexa from Wisconsin. She said she really likes paddle boarding- if I could find her that would be so awesome she was so so sweet!

I want to lose some weight and I was wondering if anyone (preferably female) has any advice or tips. If anyone has any workout or diets they recommend tell me those too. Comment or pm me!
