Today I went to the vet, and now I know a bit more. The bird is a young blackbird, and it has a broken leg. Prolly fell out of its nest. The vet, a nice japanese woman, made a leg brace:
And she told me I should bring it to the Naturschutz-Bund. So I braught it to this nice lady who runs the local Naturschutz-Bund branch. She has a whole cage full of young or hurt birds who cannot fly. And she feeds them with a little injection jab one by one every hour :open_mouth:. I had no idea taking care of birds was this much of an occupation. Thankfully there are people like that who devote their free time like this to the poor little creatures :cry:. And thanks to her husband who obviously provides the main income for the family. I'm really moved by this...

I remember ten light years ago, we used to hunt for spiders and an abandoned bird's nest in the forest.. then we will feed the hungry birdies with banana or papaya. We rescued 3 not-so-feathered-abandoned-birdies and incubate them to fully grow. After a couple of days , their feathers started to cover them until they were able to fly

Actually, we should storm Area 51 on September to know whether aliens exist.
That is not so sure, because darwins theory does not explain how life started, only how it developed. For life has always been incredibly complex (DNA is 3 meters long), at least that's as far as science has gotten by now.
Also we have not enough information to conclude how propable life is (assuming it can appear just by itself).
Meanwhile, I believe that while science can not yet answer the profundities of life and its precise origin, we should believe the notion of having a supreme being that created us.
It certainly makes sense to our minds (but God himself is non the less not rationally understandable)... And I do believe.

Actually yeah, it would be much better, if there was no notification... and when the other party (who didn't leave) writes something again, simply a new chat would open for you...
As far as the part of my thoughts that go like: I'm not good enough, I suck at this, I suck at that, crap, shit, now I did that wrong, and so on are concerned, then prolly around 100% with the kind of person who also thinks thouse thoughts :sweat_smile:
For all my other thoughts, well, I guess I might underestimate how much people are actually interested in deep thoughts, but I'd go for around 10%...

My family never so religious. I was baptized in my childhood, but I wasn't raised in faith, so much.. I remember, that in different parts of my life, my attitude to the religion and faith was different. Sometimes, my mind was throwing in different directions. Now days, I found myself deeply faithful and skeptic at the same time. Agnostic? Maybe, but I don't think so.
It would be interesting to know what you mean by deeply faithful. What exactly do put your faith in?
I can very well understand the skeptic part. Always keep your mind sharp, questioning, never just believing things without any reason...

If somebody doesn't want to have a conversation with you, you won't have a conversation with them :shrug:...
But if they actually would, then you need to start with right state of mind, like being completely open to the other, and completely accepting. Then you listen mostly and you speak a few words every now and then when your heart tells you to, to show your appreciation. But not like a robot. Not just mirroring. But it helps to use your own words to show what you understood. And then you just watch them open up and blossom in front of your eyes... Well maybe there are some hard passages, where it seems that the conversation drifts off and becomes mundane. Try to somehow guide it back to a more meaningful path.
Meaningful is not serious btw...
