Everyone copes differently. Personally, I just cuddle my dog, and eat cookie dough ice cream. Then, I can get my ugly cry going, it’s the besttt.
For a more serious note, whether you have depression or just straight up life troubles, if anyone ever needs a listening ear, I’m here :).

I listen to sad song. Yea it seems redundant but I overwhelm myself with sadness and cry. Once I'm done I feel alot better

What I used to do was get away from everyone, be by myself a bit. Play a few games, watch stuff only I'm interested in, go eat somewhere I feel like eating. Now I convert it to stress and anger lol

whenever i feel depressed,i usually smoke a blunt while listening to calm music.It helps me to overcome my stress.

I think of how beautiful life is and I'm just another unimportant little thing in an unimportant little planet so there's bound to be bigger and worse things out there. I think that I'm not the only one and that's the reality and I have to accept it. I think that if I don't like something I must do something about it instead of just sitting. I think that no matter how hard things are we should be thankful to actually LIVE. This kind of thoughts ya know auto motivating myself

I just cry
After crying for sometime, i get tired and sleep.
Then wake up and ta-daaaa back to life -
@willoww i play dota with my friends, maybe listen to some music and sleep a lot

@willoww I just try to remind myself that even when something seems bad there is a bigger meaning behind it and only time will tell how things are gunna play out. If I overthink then i just end up tripping over my own thoughts so i try to not dwell on things especially the past. And the ocassional 420 session always helps but thats just me.

@Willow I let it out by crying. I just cry and cry until I feel better. Then, ill watch RomCom movies, mostly Korean Movies or series, or ill read Romantic Books.

Try to keep myself busy~ such as do some house chores, watch anime series, read novels and many more just to keep myself from over thinking. It s*cks.
