How many times in the week do you go to the gym?

As a fitness freak, it always wonders me why so many people don't take care about their bodies. I would like to know if you as least do sports regularly.
Tell my how many time you visit the gym in a week :-)

I go to the gym 10 to 12 times a week because of dancing and modelling.
It's not fun, and I never have free time, but I love it. :)

3 or so hours a day strictly on working out. It has been my addiction since I was 15 to escape depression and anxiety.

But you must see the other side of the coin. Depression, stress, and other life situations cause lethargy. So, don't blame everyone for not looking out for their health.
